Okra, sweet potatoes, collard greens, kale, varieties of hot peppers and eggplants, melons, Lalo aka Callaloo leaves and Caribbean squashes are only examples of the produce that customers of Jardins Lakou will be able to find in their plate. Everything will be accompanied by local Quebec products such as: tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, onions, cucumbers, fresh herbs and berries.
