This event was an opportunity to discover all the richness of Afro-Caribbean gastronomy in a musical, festive and family setting.
Sean Samuels, chef and owner of Traiteur SNS Catering and Jean-Philippe Vézina from Jardins Lakou both wish to share their passion for Afro Caribbean culinary and agricultural traditions. For the 2020 edition of Black History Month, the two business owner hosted a cocktail event on February 22nd, 2020 at Espace Mushagalusa. |

A stop at the kiosks of Jardins Lakou, nutritionist Marianne Lefebvre, Fruitement Vôtre, and Hamidou Horticulture allowed our guests to learn about their benefits, and how to integrate them into a healthy Afro Caribbean Heritage Diet. |
While admiring the works of African art from Espace Mushagalusa gallery, guests were invited to taste bites and drinks from different regions of the Americas, the Caribbean and Africa, prepared by Sean Samuels chef and owner of Traiteur SNS Catering. |
