What's in the CSA?

The composition of your baskets will be defined each week according to the availability of vegetables, fresh herbs and fruits ready for harvest. The contents of the baskets may vary depending on the time of the season.

When you collect your basket, it is possible to exchange a maximum of 2 products for other fresh fruit and vegetables from the farm. For this purpose, an exchange bin will be provided.

Jardins Lakou will collaborate with a few vegetable farms in the region to ensure we have an adequate supply. Therefore, the contents of the baskets will not come exclusively from the Dunham farm.

Here are some examples of produce you will be able to get this season with a Basic format share (1 ou 2 people).
  • Fresh locally-grown Afro Caribbean veggies each week;
  • 6 to 12 varieties of vegetables, herbs and berries per delivery;
  • Vegetables and fruits just-picked fresh, in-season, and delicious (at most, 48 hours before their delivery);
  • In addition, each basket contains beautiful Afro Caribbean-inspired recipe cards and easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions for cooking great meals.
